Made a wd request last friday, waited till monday where the status changed to pending. Then hours later the money wa refunded just find out that the payment method chosen does not exist anymore and now i am going through the whole process again! They have you wait for the stated 3 days in their tc just to make you reverse and loose! Having a vip manager and statud does not give you any benefits when it comes to speed of wd.To that comes the fact that in my country atleast bank wd are not offered which means i have to go through an ewallet and then take the money from there whcih takes an additional 3 to 4 days. I am in other casinos and when wd i recieve the money on my bank account within 24 hours!I just want my winnings and i will never invest another cent in this place.Its up to you what you make of my review but this is in todays society completly outrages!
