So I call their phone number all morning and no answer. Just goes to voicemail every time. So now at 2:23 pm, when I try to call, it picks up and says, "Customer service is our number 1 priority...", which is comical bc not only can I not reach anyone but when the phone line goes to transfer me, it says your office is closed at 2:23 pm in the middle of the day, and then it says I can leave a message, but just loops the same recording over and over. It's now been over 30 hours and I'm still waiting on a measley $52 withdrawal. After depositing over 14k into this site, which they had zero problems taking from me, now wen it's time to get paid a whole $52....they can't manage to make it happen. While the live chat people will tell you this or that, the moment you inquire about your withdrawal, their time frame of up to 24 hours but most times much faster goes right out the window.
