absoluty unfair company, which works together with casinos. who steal money with fake reasons.if you need to reply in 7 days and you do not this. complaint will be closed. if casino do not do this, they extend timer by 7 days, and them more than 7 days. Do all possible to close complaint. In complaint they give email where you can contact. but then they do not answer.At my situation. I made full Kyc verification at casino. But casino guru closed complaint and do not want to do somethinh. their agent said that he will ignore all my email. same fake site like askgamblers.

I happened across casino guru while looking for a new casino to play online. I was sick of being cheated... and thats what it is when casinos hide loopholes in their terms and conditions to get out of paying you, cheating. Anyway I couldn't help but notice that some of the casinos actually paid attention to the complaints on casinoguru, and resolved players issues. So, when I had a problem with a casino I came straight here to try it out for myself. BUT, they also sent me an email outside of public view and in "that"email they righted one of their wrongs and allowed me to make a withdrawal. I am here, writing again, because I see that there have been other players who have complained here about this site not posting their reviews either of bad casinos.
