Their management do whatever they want to do, never consider whether is good for the users or not. They don't follow the rule FB set ao their applictions got kick out of the facebook, Instead of fixing proble, now they want their users to go to their website to log in but many users lost points and levels as a result. I have enough anxiety, deoressrions and worries caused by this site, enough is enpough!

Bad business I've had a problem with them for over 2 weeks now since before their Facebook problems. Never was credited for a purchase never received a refund yet and can't log into my account for over a week now. It's like their just starting to scam people now out of their money. Bad business, stay away from playing here.

This place is no different than any other online casino scammer! Once they know your an addict and going to spend spend spend, they seem to cut your chances of winning off so you will continue to spend. I have done nothing but feed this place money with no chance of winning. I am obviously a gambling addict. They obviously know I am a gambling addict, but they continue to take my money. I have spent money on credit cards that I don’t know how I will pay back. That’s my fault, but I never had a chance of winning here. After that high5casino services just sucked and I am one of them that donates over 6 to 7 grand already. I was having payment issues and had to write so many emails. Scumbag liars at High 5 Casino. I was a paying customer for over a decade up until recently when they had their Facebook fiasco. I emailed them and they claimed I was being "disrespectful" - then proceeded to delete my account and block my emails. Your loss, High 5, you id10ts. Don't bother replying, it'll just make you look like the fools you are. Your competitors are awesome! Thanks for giving me the push I needed to find out about them.

They still refuse to reopen my account!!! Just because I won free spins and never got them, complaint to support and instead of fixing issue, they closed my account. The reason I have rated 1 star is because their customer service sucks. The win-loose ratio is more like a loose loose-loose ratio. I mean when you are betting $1.00 per line, and then you pay the extra for whatever boost is available, it pays out lines like $0.04. Really. Then, on top of that, they need to work on a customer loyalty program. Also, their Diamond Rush. I spent over 1,000,000, GC and not once did it land on any of the games.
