They do not allow you to withdraw money under any far-fetched pretexts, and they steal this money from you. Never play on this site, this is a fraudulent site, this is a fraudulent scam with the theft of your money, this is definitely a crime.

Stay the hell away. I’m broke. I see they offer a bonus code for free spins in your birthday month so I play. And I end up winning big. Turning $25 into $1050 so I’m stoked! I’ll be able to pay off some credit cards and maybe even have some spending money. Well the withdrawal process starts and it’s clearly set up so it can be drawn out and players will keep playing and losing their money. They request several forms of ID, they tell you a pictures blurry a week later, then they tell you they actually need another form of ID a week after that. Meanwhile your same withdrawal request isn’t upheld and you have resubmit new ones. 16 days after the process starts they took all of my winnings away siting some casino rule “section 2.a” no player can submit two free spin bonuses in a row without a cash deposit and take my winnings away. THAN DONT LET THE BONUS BE REDEEMED! I’ve never had a worse experience not just with a gaming site but any company ever.

Do not gamble on this site - you have to fight for a withdrawal and trying to deposit is an adventure in stupidity. I closed my account a few years back - they contacted me recently and wanted me to come back. I did - nothing but issues - same as before. They will let you bet all you want but when you try to just close your account they want all of your personal information.Thats the reason for my bad review we should be able to close our açcount when we want to, you also can't unsubscribe without getting the same hassle

If I could give a negative amount of stars I would. I sincerely wish I would have found these reviews BEFORE I gave them my money. And when I say 'gave' I MEAN gave. What they FAIL to mention anywhere except for the cash out page is it will cost you FIFTY DOLLARS to cash out, plus any fees that your bank charges. So to cash out the $20 I DEPOSITED after breaking even, they wanted to CHARGE me $70. So I continued to play because, I mean, WHY NOT if I couldn't get my money back anyway. Finally made about $200, so I thought hey now I can at least afford their fee. WRONG AGAIN! They took the $50 alright, only problem is they took it from MY BANK ACCOUNT! And then STILL didn't cash out my chips. Required me to upload a picture of my ID, which I did, that they then DENIED for no apparent reason as far as I'm aware because I still haven't received a response from their customer support as to WHY. My best guess is that because I live in the States they think they can get away with it and I have no legal recourse. So while I was losing my money it was fine but when I won and tried to withdraw my money they refused, asking for a copy of front and back of my credit card, credit card authorization form, I'd or passport, and a bill withing the last 3 months, I'm like when I joined I didn't need any of this, they say we want people to be able to bet immediately but when you withdraw we need all this information, I'm like wow interesting so after sending a copy of my ID, credit card authorization form, bill, credit card they say due to covid it will take time to process, but covid didn't stop them from taking my money when I was losing, so I don't recommend this site at all AMERICANS bet on US sites u win you get your money immediately, if you don't want a headache stay away from this site, you have been warned.

To help readers stand in my shoes.... Ok, here goes. Overall, site wise, Intertops is pretty creative with how they've gone about splitting their casino and making it two- Classic and Red. Different color schemes, different slots to play, even separate wallets. Granted, this will take a few minutes of getting use to but not a crisis and chat support is quickly there 24/7 on either side. Important note, slot play seems extremely fair and accurate. There are some sites where you can't help but feel something is just not right here because how could you spin a slot 50 times and not even hit a $??? I do not know and I have felt that way. But not when playing with Intertops and I am not someone who's raked in the cash, has a lot of money, and has deposited $1000's and won $1000's that I am here to rub in your face. Exactly not that, I in fact requested my first successful withdrawal today. Now this withdrawal didn't come easy as normal or as yours could be, I had an issue with something showing in my account history that I did not recognize and I will not give specifics because I don't want dishonest folks trying to get any ideas. So this 1 miss hap which I was surprised by, did lead to the confiscation of all my winnings which meant no payout of course. I was floored and baffled and naturally discouraged and angry as h*ll. I received an email explaining their decision which ended in my favor but to be careful in the future about what goes on with my account because no second chances. My withdrawal balance was put back into my account, and I was able to do my BTC request. I would say, that's pretty damn awesome, and kind and thoughtful they even took the time it took to look over everything and come up with this decision.

THIEFSMy rating is actually zero stars.They straight up steal your money. You will NEVER get it back. This sites entire goal is for you to deposit as much as you can. They hold it hostage They have this RED CASINO thing. All I have to say is they convert your money into phony money and you can't get your cash back.
