Just Dice 

I thought this was going to be a great place but sadly I was wrong!!! They have not paid me for four different times that I tried to cash in on my points. They now owe me $60 from November to date and I have not received a dime. I have written them about 5 times and received a generic response that's computer generated. It's a scam and a waste of time. Go use rewarded play I've made over $200 from them.

Since November 30th, 2023 I have not received my rewards payout to my PayPal app. For two months I have emailed and tried to link with customer service with no success. All I want is the reward your app states I earned for playing the suggested games and at this moment I am feeling scammed by JustDiceGmbH!

My review of this app is based on not only the issues I've had with the payment process but also because I've read other peoples reviews and I was able to reach out to just dice by requesting the money they failed to deposit to my paypal account .I simply requested the money from them and wrote a brief message along with it. There was a ridiculous fee deducted for doing so but the money was sent within a timely fashion. I hope this helps those who continue to use just dice for games.

I've been waiting 11 days for my reward. A simple 5 dollar walmart card. No one answers the e-mails I've sent so I'm done... Uninstalling!!! Fun games but yes, I play for rewards.

I have their game called cash Empire, I have made the 100 dollar coins but when I press the cash out button it says I don't have enough coins and I've tried contacting them over a week ago and today but I get a robot answer me that doesn't help at all and no team member has got hold of me like they said. Paypal said issue is on their end

By following their own protocol to their privacy policy their data collection what the requirements are to register and utilize their apps. When I downloaded the app it did not asking for a selfie it did not ask you my gender.Their app does not allow you to modify so it is temporary when you sign up with your email so do they give everybody 5,000 points hell I could keep creating different emails so it almost is not legit that they're stealing our information or I don't trust them I can't get my $5 I was able to get my money easier when I had them on a different piece of equipment three or four times I converted my Euros never once it didn't ask me for facial verification

I have not received one token for the last 4 days tho iv played 4 different games I loaded them off there sight they was giving tokens just stoped iv played every day for last 4 but not a single token this sucks

I can't believe this website is still in operation. There was no license, no support, and the problems were never resolved. I only received 80% of my cash. I have emailed them four times with no response. I've never had such a headache while playing on trustdice and other provably fair sites. Being provably fair doesn't mean u don't have support agents and this site should learn from trustdice and other competitors who r now doing a lot better to stay in business!

FINALLY! AN APP THAT ACTUALLY PAYS! 100% LEGIT. I AM A HUGE FAN OF ALL THEIR PAYING APPS AND HAVE USED MOST OF THEM.... I THINK "JustDice GMBH" ARE DOING A GREAT JOB. I will never be able to thank them enough for this being so easy to make extra money literally playing Games. You won't make millions, but you will definitely make enough to notice!

I have been trying to payout for 3weeks and the app is only showing the special payout offers and not the regular ones. I have emailed support 3 times and have only gotten automated responses back. That have been 0 help

When it comes to paying for their games they suck cause they pay in euros not us dollars and you can't get your money I wish they would fix that so I could get all my money

I like this site alot for its simplicity mostly. they feel 100% fair to me and also waaaay better than most other casinos as there is no bonus, no wagering requirements and no lengthy registration. I love simple sites like this. I hope they don't redesign it I like the old school look.

Just Dice looks very complicated at first. The reason for this is that it takes a simple roll of a dice and allows you to bet using Clam which is essentially a crypto. It is the most simple gambling site I have ever seen when it comes to design but I play here daily and it is more addictive than any other site I have played. I believe it to be fair and they have a simple 1% house edge. Give it a go but start small!

The first five reviews here are all just a bunch of lies. Check the reviewer historys; all they have done is given similar bad reviews to a bunch of Bitcoin gambling sites. If any of these players have genuine complaints, they should contact Just-Dice using the email address at the end of the site's FAQ tab and their problem will be resolved ASAP. But of course they don't have genuine complaints.

The site has treated my money *more than fine*, which is to say, better than most portfolio managers and provided steady profit.

I had a crazy experience with the scam that is Just-dice. I was literally threatened and told to keep quiet if I ever wanted to get my Bitcoin back. I made my first deposit about six months ago and it was for around 10 Bitcoin. I have happily deposited the BTC and received no less than three bonuses as soon as I signed up. Also, Just-dice runs a variety of different promotions at different times and I took advantage of their on going offers. In the back of my mind I was thinking that Just-dice must be losing a ton of Bitcoin due to these ridiculous promotions, but I carried on anyway. If the offer is there then why would I refuse it. I should have known that most of their offers would turn out to be too good to be true in the end. I tried to withdraw my balance after a while but the withdrawal was refused. I contacted their customer support to see what was going on but I was told that my account would be closed imminently due to bonus abuse. I was furious but there was no arguing with Just-dice’s support. Over the following weeks I sent them half a dozen emails about this matter but all I received were automated responses saying that the issue is being looked into by their higher ups. I was getting really annoyed with the waiting times and I sent them a really angry email. I received a response 24 hours later telling me that if I do not stop harassing them for MY Bitcoin then they will find my location by using my IP address and I will not like it if they show up on my doorstep. I saved the email just in case and cut my losses.
