Yesterday while playing Genie Megaways, I triggered the random genie bonus, receiving genie wilds that covered the entire screen except the first line. Despite being on a €0.40 stake, I only received a payout of €1.40. I reached out to customer service, but they've yet to address my concerns, leaving me feeling frustrated and convinced that this casino is rigged. I would avoid this casino. Nice layout of a site, Had a small win when i first joined over a year ago but unfortunatley my luck has been a shambles since then. The games feel like they cant punch their way out of a paper bag to create a reasonable win on any game and i try many. Honestly. This company can be good in some ways and then in customer service and understanding an issue they’re dog sh**e - I had a BJ hand. The software made me hit instead of stand when I pressed stand and it lost me €1000 euros. I’ve explained and even shown that I would have stood on 12 against dealers 14.
