I wait now since February for my cash! I cannot login since 5 days (error message: your stall disabled) and i have send 20 mails to accounting and support departmend but not answer! I have contact my lawyer.

After playing with a cash deposit and hitting a win I requested a withdrawal of funds on February 14th. After a week I chased this with the casino as they state that withdrawals take 3-5 working days. I was told at the time there was no issue and to wait.I chased again a week later and they then said that there had been an issue with the system and the payout would definatly be sent. This never happened. Chat then started to say that they have no involvement in the withdrawal process and all they can do is send a reminder to the finanace department.I then instructed a solicitor to enage with them as they simply ignored me and Mad Money have ignored my solicitor as well.Madmoney will not enage with myself or my solicitor in regards to resolving this issue and after checking review sites have told other players they have issues as far back as last year and this seems to be being used as a tactic to not payout to players.It has been 36 working days since I requested the withdrawal.Do not deposit at this casino unless you wish to loose your money. I have been advised by the POGG that the casino is weakly licensed and should nt be played at.

Starting to get tired of never knowing when you get your money. I have always got them,but always on random times,from 1 to 15 days. Accaounting never replies to your mails.I do not recomend playing here anymore. They dont take the players serious enough.I have nothing bad to say abaout madmoney. Good bonuses and cashback, and also a good selection of games. Costumer service is allways there if you need help. First withdrawl came after 5 days and second after 4 days. If they can speed up the withdrawals they get 5 stars from me. Have to add that i made a withdraw with a little higher amaount then my first two 11/1 that i havent got yet. I am waiting my withdrawal since 14/11/2022. All the time they say that they will pay and nothing happens. They say different excuses all the time. Stay away!

They don't pay out your winnings. On Dec 13-2022 I won approx 600 euros, on one of their online slot machines, and put in for a withdrawal of 500 on that date. Eight business days later I have not received my winnings, contrary to their own terms and services of between three to five days for withdrawals. I have contacted live chat twice, initially told I was in a queue ! to get paid, that was three days ago, and nothing. The second occasion I contacted live chat the connected operator did not respond at all ! The chat bot suggested to contact accounting dept by email, which I did yesterday, and again no response. They are quiet happy to take your deposit, but try getting your winnings, that's another matter entirely. Its pointless playing here, if they will not pay out your winnings. Don't play here.

Not withdrawing my winnings for 6 weeks now.

Have been waiting for my withdraw for over 7 weeks now. They blame the providers wich is ofc not true.and asked if i got skrill instead i fixed skrill last week and told em but still no money.Dont play at this casino if u want to make any withdraws. To me they are just a scam casino.

Its basically scam casino which not paying any withdrawal. When you ask support why they didnt pay it, they will just reply everyweek with different exuce, but no money send so far. Not reccomended, its scam, so dont deposit if you dont want to withdraw.EDIT: after I made this bad review (also on other sites), they proceed my winnings after two weeks of urging. So cant say they are scam at the moment, just very not solid casino with withdrawal problems.

Pending withdrawal for two weeks now since 28th of October. Casino Support always mentions that they will pay. Today, 9th of November they told me they had a technical issue that is fixed „as they write that mail to me“. But guess what, that was in the morning and 16 hours later, the status of my withdrawal has not changed.I will not get that money because they are frauds who will never pay. Keep your fingers off this casino, don‘t play here. It‘s scam.
