Magical are shocking! Customer service non-existent. If you ever get a reply they don’t actually get the issue and give the bog standard ‘can’t be bothered to actually help’ response about cookies/cache…. Don’t even try going to the complaints team because they’re as bad across the whole of Rank. Looking at other reviews I’m not alone. Never using them again - even if they ever solve the issue of all three sites thinking I’m outside the UK for two weeks solid… I’m not but you know, I have screenshot evidence but there’s ‘no issue’ their end….

Site offered good games but wow the bonuses were non existent and when they did arrive very pridictable low payouts.I also found it diffucult to play under £2 stakes could win anything I like to be responsible but this pushed me for higher stakes which again resulted in low wins.In a nut shell I was spending over £100 per bonus if any then total disappointed at the outcome.I won as a new player as you do but I’m not gonna keep playing for the unfair low results and every time I’ve played it’s resulted in the same wins.I like to play for fun whether it’s a loss or win. 30 mins play overall or all day play for nothing is quite shocking I won’t be depositing again any time soon.

Explain to why I can no longer access the website with my funds in there keeps telling me we can’t accept players in your country this site has nothing but issues as well as bad gaming experience I want my money otherwise I’m reporting the last deposit as fraud honestly please customer ms find a more reliable site to play and have fun

Been trying to withdraw money, 1st time having this issue the live chat people are useless and blame everyone else for the problem, been told its a banking issue 10 times in a chat like I haven't already checked. definitely the worst gaming app I've played on

Magical Vegas is just a scam, thieves don't fulfill their contracts, they cheat people, it's usually a scam, let the thieves fall on a tree. they think people are idiot, let them delete this page and that's it, and thieves don't prey on people

Been waiting 3 weeks now to be able to get my withdrawal. Locked my account before I could withdraw. Asked for my documents to send over to verify me. Iv been waiting two weeks to have my documents verified and my account is still locked. Everytime I ask somebody they just keep saying they'll be in contact with me! How long do I have to wait!

Originally left a bad review of 1 star, after finally managing to get through to someone who sorted out my issue I can say that their customer service is great, although is hard to get in contact with!
