Use caution when spending your hard earned money at this place! Seriously, what a ripoff… I’ve played at a LOT of online casinos and these, by far, are the tightest, least paying games I’ve ever had the displeasure of playing. Not rare to go 20+ spins and not see a win and when you do it’s usually less than what you even bet. The bonus rounds are typically where the moneys at, that may be true of other places but not this crap casino. I’m at least a grand in within the past couple weeks thinking it would get better but nope, their return rate is far below reasonable expectations.

The slots seem rigged; I've emailed support to obtain info on the fairness of the slots but was brushed off by a prefilled response that said we're sorry you feel that way. They didn't answer my question. spent around 3k on this site whatever wins I had made were really insignificant. I am unsatisfied with this casino and am considering filing chargebacks if my request is not fulfilled.

Modo is terrible their support said they could remove the limit off my account intially then they back tracked and said $50 a day max. Terrible to treat vips like that.Reached out to support multiple times no help could not provide any feedback.

I've been playing on Modo since December. At one point, it was enjoyable. I would win here and there, nothing huge, but it kept me fairly even. The payout process was standard. I received my winnings within a week. However, my last win was 18Jan. It went from enjoyable to just ridiculous. I don't know if they changed something or maybe they are paying to many sponsors, but Modo has been absolutely horrendous. I log in everyday and play. Bonuses rarely hit. Line pays have been terrible. In order to "cash" out you need to be at $100... I don't think I've reached $50 since my last payout in Jan. At this point I would not recommend this site to anyone. Please don't respond with the "We use a random generator to make everything fair." It also states in your terms of service that you can change the RTP at any point which nullifies that statement.

You guys! What an absolutely awesome casino gaming experience. Most online cash games will wiggle around and b.s. when it comes to paying out. I have had 2 different pretty good sized redemptions, and they don't beat around the bush, or make excuses, or try to ask for extra verification. They simply just pay you! Absolutely terrible customer support, that is rigid and unwilling to work with clients. When I raised an issue, they were unwilling to cooperate with me and quite dismissive. Sketchy RNG, poor support, and dishonest practices.

I have given this platform alot of money and nomatter what all i ever see is dead spins..the games are not only predominantly high volatility(which means rarely pays but when it does it's sweet) but no these are high volatility games that once hitting pay you pennies I've purchased several $40 bonuses off wanted and received .00 and .02 cents.. the rtp is completely garbage i play every day multiple times a day and never catch a break.
