I had 3 family members and two friends…

I had 3 family members and two friends that all had a pointsbet account. One by one we all experienced the same issue besides one of my family members who never really used his account. Once we had won a decent amount. Then requested to withdraw our winnings all at different time periods. We each received the same email stating that our accounts were being closed due to suspicious activity. Not one of us ever received our winnings. However we were refunded our deposits we made. When were were refunded they had took their sweet time about doing so. Then on top of that they issued it just a little at a time. I just read some other reviews that were very similar to what happened to all of us.

Don’t download

Don’t download. Doesn’t show every player until actual game time. NO LONGER can half time bet, they’re always under maintenance, placing bets sometimes aren’t always accepted and they’ll take your money and refund it to your balance in 30 minutes (so basically could’ve won the bet you made but a “validation error” happened” FANDUEL and MGM and ESPNBET are way better

I won a little money and they banned me…

I won a little money and they banned me from betting. I was a top tier member as well. They have now done this to a couple of my friends as well. There’s already enough risk in sports betting. But if you win, PB will just suddenly block you.

Pointsbet lured me in with the promise…

Pointsbet lured me in with the promise of a great welcome bonus - A bet up to $100 per day for the first 10 days would be given a credit if it settled as a loss. That's where the good ends. I hit on without exaggeration only TWO of these bets, and after that I was bet limited to no more than a couple of dollars per bet, making the remaining portion of the promotion effectively useless. I guess maybe the site is useful if your goal is to lose a lot of money? They certainly seemed really itchy to ensure customers who win even a small number of bets early on can't continue to play with them, so if you're able to identify solid bets to make... don't even bother with the signup.

I won a 4 pick parley and 12 hours…

I won a 4 pick parley and 12 hours later it was still on the open wall not paid out I had to ask them to fix it. Next day I cashed out two parleys to make a live bet. No funds became available to make the bet and I would have won 90. After the second day of tech errors I said a free bet would be appreciated. Instead they suspend my account with money on there and the daily 20 dollar free bets gone...I was losing and hit 5 parleys in a week and suddenly my account is froze...I've called and emailed for 4 days with no response. This site is a scam.....! Do not use the Indiana pointsbet.... It's an inside job there robbing everyone....

Too much personal information to open a account

I signed up over a month ago I did everything I needed to do to verify my account like other casino’s require.I waited and waited and no response so I finally asked why it hasn’t been verified only to be told they need a picture of my signed social security card I have never ever heard of this requirement before and I have other casino apps that I play and points bet is the only one to ever ask for my social security card.I feel like that’s a little much and I’m not comfortable sending them that so I guess I won’t be spending my money on there site

This app is sketchy

Their app crashed and voided my bet so they gave my bet money back which I used on a winning bet afterwards. The app then decided the “voided” bet was unvoided and took my money back again on a losing bet that I couldn’t even cash out of. This app is sketchy

It's the biggest joke I've ever seen

Can't even withdrawal your money if you win..VIP ACH/Echeck is a joke and takes weeks to get your money..Online banking withdrawal if they don't have your bank on their list of banks it doesn't work. Venmo withdrawal you have to deposit money to Pointsbet account using Venmo before you can withdrawal money via Venmo.. Same with Paypal..So my winnings are stuck in Pointsbet with no way of getting my money out. Fanduel is by far 10000 times better.

If I could give them a 0 I would

If I could give them a 0 I would. They don't honor promotions, and their customer service is completely incompetent and ineffective.

Screen record if you win anything unordinary

Screen record if you start to win anything other than the usual 30 cent etc etc … they don’t take any accountability and you won’t get any of your winnings other than the last spin ( For promotional free spins ). It’s “did you record any of this “ 😂 because I’m definitely thinking of recording my free spins. Other than this the app is fine.

I'd say their games have to be fully…

I'd say their games have to be fully rigged. I've played at tons of casinos in person and online and never have I seen such poor payout on slots. Literally if you win your bet back over 100 spins you're lucky its embarrassing

Points Bet Ontario Canada

Points Bet Ontario, turned out to be a very dry crap corrupt casino to play on. At one time I was withdrawing, depositing, up/ down until my last break for a month, returned to the nonexistent bonus/scatters, horrible game payouts, 20 straight deposits of nothing, then this crap site sent me a bonus for sports, which I haven't, never ever wagered anything on and only played on their casino. Talking to live chat about that, they still wouldn't change it to a casino bonus or issue one, I sent them an email saying their casino is only about robbing and scamming players as I mentioned the above. They didn't like that and locked my account. They can kiss you know what. I can do without another corrupt casino site that was already warned by the AGCO and fined $30,000 for lying and deceiving players. After receiving their message to make it right, these clowns wasted my time to find out they had no intention to make anything right. Players, as they where fined, do you really think this crooked site can be trusted or any casino site signed up in Ontario. You decide and take your chances with this BS corrupt gaming site.

Won around 200$CAD and holding my money without a response.

Won around 200$CADThey instantly blocked my account and requested personal info. I sent them the personal info over 4 days ago to a gentleman " in your Accounts team."and still no response. I have a feeling this is there game. They just dissappear into thin air with your cash. Technically theft becuase I deposited 20$.I responded 2x asking what's the hold up and nothing.I would love to straighten this out bye there support but they are non existent. it seems I have to contact the AGCO or iGO in a few days if this doesn't get resolvedGrazia

Will Never Use Pointsbet App Again.

This app is absolutely ridiculous. I received, on two separate days, advertisements to my email stating I had free spins, but when I went to the app, they were not there. I have attempted to resolve the issue with customer service, but cannot get anyone to actually read the message and address the actual problem. They keep giving me generic answers or avoiding their mistake. It is unfortunate that this company cannot make right their mistake. I just wanted my free spins offered to me and they can't even correct the issue.
