I have had such hard time with getting my withdrawals approved and then after I get them approved it’s hard for me to get my payout, Some of the agents are polite and answer in a generous time frames and some just don’t give a care, When asking for Management your given an email to support to reach out to management, Only response that you receive back is the automated email, My payout was approved on 10/31/23 at 5:47AM was told it would be paid out in 72hours today is 11/03/23 8:28PM and still no payout, When I contact Punt through live chat they come telling me about a payment from 10/18/23 and my pending Coindraw withdrawal for $1902 that was done on 11/01/23 , I’m not talking about that I’m talking about my pending payout that was approved on 10/31/23, They cannot tell me anything about that payout , Nothing other than I have to be patient and wait, I’m tired of being patient and waiting, I feel if I don’t speak up that I will never receive my winnings, I had to wager 13 Thousand and some odd dollars and some cents before I could even cash out, Then not to mention me waiting so long for withdrawals to be approved I. This is a follow-up review since my original review was deleted. Punt casino cheated me out of $7k worth of winnings by altering my account during my game play. I deposited bitcoin with the bonus code “Powerupnew”. The terms of this bonus came with a 40x wagering requirement with no limit restrictions on withdrawals. As I was playing their slots and winning a lot, over $7k was deducted from my balance all of a sudden and not because I lost it from betting. Come to find out, these people accessed my account and added multiple free spin bonuses with $100 max payout terms. I never requested them and this was done without my knowledge, consent, and without my permission. The operators of Punt Casino manipulated my account and removed my winnings that I won fair and square and it was a horrible experience dealing with the support staff of Punt Casino. I revealed documented proof that it was impossible for me to request the free spins but they didn’t care and took away my winnings anyway. My proof behind this claim is provided on LCB.org with documentation. Soon it will be on every forum review where this casino is mentioned.Be advised!!! The following statement below in quotation is the response on behalf of Punt Casino and this is a complete lie. The fact is that I DID NOT play down $7000k to $2.4k. What actually happen is the sum of $-7230.00 was instantly deducted from my balance due to a Coupon Reversal Withdrawal Request & Approval. It is clearly evident now from your actions and statements, that making things right by giving me back what I won will not happen. So be it… this is just the beginning.

What I know about Punt Casino so far is I love playing at their casino and I have cashed out once so far and the withdrawal happened in less than 24 hours. First off, I am real. I am a player of many platforms and have had many different experiences with all of them. Punt casino was by far a pleasant and easy process. With just a little patience and a small investment you are sure to have fun and get your winnings. You have to at least make some kind of deposit and follow the requirements that are listed and there should be no issue.
