I won roughly $1200. When I went to go redeem, I was asked to send pictures of my debit cards used. This struck me as odd and I went to do some more research. I found that the casino does not abide by any gaming regulations. I also disclosed that I am a self excluded gambler and I should have never been able to create an account. These social casinos are predatory and they take advantage of vulnerable people. After looking further into rules and regulations in place to protect this population, Scrooge follows NONE of the guidelines. When I reached out to them, the lack of professionalism was appalling. I was called insane in the very first response and the "CEO" threatened to sue me for slander (I did not threaten them in the least, I was simply requesting a refund and pointing out my concerns). They refuse to communicate with me. I'm certain this company is a scam. I will be filing reports with the appropriate agencies unless this is resolved quickly.

Was a fan of it until I recognized some games on here rotate different then some other platforms I play on. It's impossible to land features or free spins, but I play same games on pulsz or wowvegas and the gameplay is different.
