Such an amazing group of people . I made a mistake and didn't inquire how long it would take to cash out and the funds were important. No only did the supervisor come and talk to me but they made it where I was able to remain in my hotel. Thanks again

Signed up because of the $50 bonus installed several other games emailed customer service multiple times always got to run around and never received the bonus. And if and when I ever got a response from customer service it was always the same run around. If I could give them a negative five stars I would.

I absolutely love this platform because the service is always outstanding; anytime I have an issue or question the agents are on top of it to make sure everything is either resolved or my question answered. The load/cashout time is super fast as well, and when I had an issue with my cashout request I was called immediately to get the issue resolved so I could get cashed out. Update 12.19.23They still harassing me here but keep sending bonuses via email.The link they shared, "my truth" in the reply,is saying the charge is fraudulent b/c I disputed the payments sent to them because they're a fraudulent business, not that I'm a fraud. I won the disputReply 10.16.I didn't realize my bank debit cards were stolen by me. Update 10.16.23They canceled my payout today without a valid reason. They claimed I have multiple accounts. I have one account & it is the only one I have ever played with & deposited on. I have only withdrawn one other time with them & that was all the way back in April. Customer service is sarcastically rude most of the time and will flat out ignore you while in live chat. They are very slow at cashing out your winnings but will tell you they process faster if you give them a big tip. Ive been waiting 3.5 days for $120. For me, it's hard to get games to hit through them. I can play the same platforms under another account with another provider and my winning ratio is better 9 times out of 10. The main reason I still play with them is because they accept debit cards.

I was under the impression that if I signed up I would receive a free $50 credit per the add. I still have the add and coupon. I emailed several times. Spoke with admin just to get $3.25 deposit. I was sent a bonus code for the $50 and only received $3.25. I emailed administrator back and I was told it's $1 to 50 for the bonus. There is nothing on the promotion or coupon that say up to $1 to $50.. it says get $50 bonus. Now they have suspended my account because I told them I was filing a complaint with Trust Pilot. They are scammers.
