I had accidentally purchased a ticket for the wrong date. I emailed them and explained and they got back to me immediately and told me what to do in order to get the right date and get a refund for the incorrect date. It worked out easily. Great customer service!

The Ticketing Company is professional, accommodating and easy to work with. I made a mistake that they happily helped correct with and for me in no time flat. My team has been using The Ticketing Co. for nearly two years at all our events. I can't imagine using another ticketing platform! The entire TixCo team works incredibly hard to meet all of our business needs, they are immeasurably patient, kind, and accommodating. The Ticketing Co were amazing to work with and make the entire ticketing processing easy for our event. We were able to see live reports from ticket sales as well as when tickets were scanned. First time through The Ticketing Co made an online order for tickets to the concert of the musicians "Electric Tumar" supported by Mosby, Abby and Mark, everything went smoothly without any complications. Most importantly, I hope that attending the concert will be a magical time.
