I noticed most negative reviews blame Fanduel for ruining tvg. This may or may not be the case. Regardless, there is obviously a major problem with customer service. I love tvg and I never had any issues other than simple things like log in issues or location problems so these were fixed super easy. I saw their true colors when I had a question about my balance that I couldn't seem to get resolved. My chats with them would end abruptly with the agent getting annoyed when I expected more from them then a brush off. They would say case closed and close chat box. I received my answer by email, but it didn't even answer my question. I asked for more detail to help me understand. So they insulted my intelligence some more by sending me the exact answer again, word for word. I think the worst part of it is they are always eager to have feedback. We have all heard it, "Fanduel needs your feedback." Or " Are you enjoying tvg?" Well I finally agreed to give my opinion and when I tried to, about two sentences in, a message pops up and says my feedback is too long. Well, don't ask if you don't want to know. I should mention they have two great agents, the others should learn from. I give Dominique and Cassie an A plus, but you can not choose which one to speak with. So good luck!
I won $300. & $200 on the same day, the rule is 24hrs, when TVG had it only 30 minutes, that was on a Saturday, Sunday my money was not deposited into my account I waited till about 9:00 that nite in which the withdrawal was at 4:00 I tried to call no answer, just robot email in which never replied, so I contacted BBB, ONLY because I had a $10.00. Transaction over 7 months ago which they stated that I had owed, so ok, it took 3 days to correct this, so now you gonna get what you gave me, so today 1/26 I received a suspension notice from Danny stating that I must not be able to afford to play the races, they froze my money and my bet, he stated that I am on punishment for FREEDOM OF SPEECH, I told Bbb that I in fact needed my money and its mines, so I didnt keep up on my bank which I needed my money before a transaction came thru my account nor did I look till I stated that I needed my money because I am on fixed income, but I got money, I was pissed that no live agent wants to answer you. But when you owe them they disable your account. Danny is not a counselor nor can he tell me about my fiances, I am good, but evidently he is trying to get promoted. The letter was really deformation to me and I have escalated this issue, who is he to send me that terrible email. Now moving forward I am insulted and will escalate this matter.

I see where others using TVG have had this issue it goes like this you make a wager you watch the race you win and then come back a few minutes later the winning wager disappears no money no winner grandma said if it smells like a fish it is a fish goodbye TVG and friends I would think twice before wagering with TVG .
This company is the absolute worst. They easily take your money, but when you have a problem, its extremely difficult to speak with a live person. They give you some AI generated bull, do not solve the problem, send you an AI generated email saying case closed please give us a review. I patiently went through this cycle 3x before I exploded in my third response. What did they do? They disabled my account. Instead of trying to satisfy a customer they disabled me. You know what I did? I closed my account. Im a little guy. They dont give a rats ass about little guys. If I could give them zero I would.
Once again, on a big race day you get shut out because the system can't handle it. I've had this experience with the Derby and today's (2023) Breeders Cup, My advice - go elsewhere. I am.
Tvg customer service has gone down hill ever since COVID since they went from live phone operators to remote agent and now there no oversight if you have an issue and there agent can't handle it they disconnect the live chat ever since FanDuel toke over

They suddenly tried to use an old bank account number. It has been closed for 15 years. They lost all my updated account information. Phone number and address were all from many years ago. They accused me of trying to pull something over on them. I did not touch my account information or change anything. This is concerning! What happened to all my information? Were they maybe hacked??? I am using a different betting platform and would suggest people stay away from TVG/Fanduel.
Do not listen to their racing picks. I believe they mislead you on purpose. Horrible picks None of the horses even try.
I've been a consistent client for years, but now that I need help because of a simple address change, all I get is gibberish. I've agreed with their requirements three times, but there has been no improvement.I have decided to move my money elsewhere to "Plutonium Investment" which provides a better passive income option and is also profit-oriented with their service.
Placed a "missing bet" for $50 across the board to win, place and show. Ticked total $150. The bet appeared in my "Bets" showing with a potential win of up to $1161.This bet then disappeared from the "Bets" after the race. The balance on the account was $306 prior to placing the missing bet. After the “missing bet” was submitted the balance was $156. About 10 minutes later, the "missing bet" ticket of $150 was placed back into the account and the balance went back to $306. The "missing bet" was a winning bet. Per the “active bets” the approximate payout would have been $1161 if the horse took first place of which it did in fact take first place. The winning bet disappeared and the original bet ticket of $150 was refunded to the account balance. Account holders son spoke with a rep. there twice about the situation and was told twice the key account manager would have to call him back regarding the situation. Account holders son was present and witnessed the race that resulted in the “missing bet”. The key account manager never called.The situation is very similar to a review left on Trustpilot left on June 6th 2023. TVG only has an average review of 2.6 stars out of 5 on TrustPilot. Bottom line is you can win a race with a big payout and you are taking the chance TVG will not honor the payout and instead simply reimburse your original bet ticket. Buyer beware!
I contact the bet +on July the 3rd letting them know my app wasn't working I unplugged my Samsung tv rebooted my internet when clicking on the app it was blank page bet + email me to let me know they receive the email on July the 3rd on July the 5th at 2:50 a.m. bet + email me and said turn the tv off hold the power button down for five to eight seconds I did everything necessary trying to uninstall and restall the app it would not allow me to do this that's when I realize bet+ only email me because my bill was due on July the 5th not one representative tried to resolve the issue I had to cancel the service it was about the 9.99 they didn't care if I could watch bet + or not very bad customer service and disrespectful to customer's 👎👎👎👎👎
Can't withdraw my winnings. Been trying since Saturday. I use a debit card for my bets. Supposed to be able to withdraw to my account. Very frustrating. I intend to call the Massachusetts attorney general office on Monday. Bettor beware
