Either the players are drunk or they are ai generated by the card room itself as the calls made against me are highly questionable with low equity but inevitably sucking out in all ins or drawing to beat me in showdown. Removes bonuses unfairly and distress me with stake restrictions in every letter.It happened shortly after I used a free bet, which the company granted itself.You should remove false advertising if you are going to restrict people from using your offers. When the free bets and bonuses are taken away, it is clear that the company wants to encourage irresponsible gambling.Customer service is an absolute joke. I ask simple questions, and every single one of them copies and pastes the same phrases and typically the same replies. There was no answer to my questions.I wonder if Bwin employs people who don't know how to deal with customers or if it's just a robot with automatic replies.

I am sad, that I can't give it a 0 stars.When you win, internet gets blocked. When you restart the game your winning is gone. It happened to me 7 times already.I am not a huge gambler, once in 7-8 months I will play one. In my small experience, this is the worst casino, atleast in my experience here in Belgium. I rather lose money at 777casino or star casino coz they atleast give me huge wins once in a while and if the internet gets blocked, you can still continue your game right where you stopped. Here at bwin, I lost a lots of bonus coz for some convenient reason, many times when I win some bonus, game got blocked, then I checked my internet. Doesn't let you deposit via PayPal (random error), practically forces you to deposit via Mastercard, then doesn't let you withdraw via Mastercard and requires a national bank account to withdraw via bank transfer. Chat support apparently ends the chat if you take 2+ minutes to reply. Otherwise good. Daily free spins that actually give you money that you can actually withdraw regardless of the amount.

Worst website ever I’ve won 3k and they blocked my account and didn’t give my funds I believe this is unfair They keep evading me I’ve text them call them almost for 2 weeks I’m not saying I’ve lost and blame the website sort ur freaking website and customer consumer

they blocked my account because I won a bet. customer service cannot tell me when they will finish checking and when they will give me my money back. I do not recommend, stay away.

Casino is absolutely trash. I believe it is fixed. I have been playing here a few months now and If by some miracle I manage to hit 3 scatters it has never paid anything over 30x. Avoid this casino!!!I played the daily free game and won 5 free spins, playing through the spins I then won a bonus round. I had won around 20 pounds when the game crashed and kicked me out into the lobby. Upon return entering the game it had played through the bonus in background and said I’d won £42 I then finished the remaining free spins and left the game o lay to find no money in my account. So I phoned customer service and after 3 calls have been told that the tech department looked at the 5 free spins and saw no winnings. Bwin has stolen my money. Here is how, and why you should not transfer any money to these fraudulent scammers.In July, I opened an account and made two transfers of 15€ in total. I made two bets, one of which was successful in October. The balance slightly increased.When I tried to login to my account again, it displayed a window with my personal details but refused to let me go further. I contacted the help chat and was told I would receive an email with assistance.Two days later, having received no email, I tried to log in again and received a message saying my account had been closed.I contacted their customer service by email. They replied that the account was closed due to a major error by them. They asked me to provide my bank details, which I did.They then wrote back to say they now need a bank statement in pdf form!I suspect they have been hacked by scammers.They have all my account details: I transferred them money from my account in the first place!Be careful and do not engage in this scam!

I used the winnings from their free spins cleverly after I read a looot about the rtp of different slots and while I added in my account only 10 euros I won the first day 152 euros and the second 423 euros.The third day I noticed that no matter what game I played I NEVER had any in game free spins, or bonus or whatever.It is crystal clear that they altered the rtp of slots etc

I tried to open an account. After several technical issues, I decided to close the account without depositing.But, the account closure section does not work. I tried to contact their customer service, but there was no customer service.Also, their dashboard is loading slowly because of heavy JavaScript codes. I cannot close the account and remove my data. Absolutely terrible bookmaker. Created an account, did their welcome offer, was granted the free bets and back up bets, to then be stake restricted to 80p on every bet I attempted to place (with the free or back up bets). Contacted their live chat and was told I was no longer eligible for bonuses (despite being given the bonuses already). I explained that this was not legal as they had not informed me previously and can not impose restrictions on my account for a bonus that I had already qualified for. As you would expect I just had scripted responses that did not answer the questions I posed. I accept that you will not offer future bonuses, however you can not legally prevent me from placing free bets I had already fully qualified for. Later that day I received an email stating that I was not eligible for future offers but could use the "full value" of any free bets I had already received. If I had not of contacted live chat, this would have been the first I was told of this. When I responded to them to show that they were preventing me from using the "full value" of the bets, yet again I was told that I was not eligible for free bets, despite them being on my account but only being able to use 80p of them and not the "full value". I was then told that this would be escalated to look into it further and I would have a response in "24-48 hours". It has now been a week and nearly 10 follow up emails from me and I have heard nothing. I have already raised a case with IBAS, as they are now ignoring my emails, when I point out that I was not able to use the "full value" of the free bets and will continue leaving negative reviews wherever possible.
