Crazy rip off they use all real money first, even when you win you have to use your real money for the next game when using bonus money. Therefore when using the bonus it is impossible to win, you can't withdraw bonus money and can't save up real winnings as they are used first so its race to the bottom i.e. having zero balance and I was also misinformed about the bonus and told I needed to get to exactly zero before the bonus kicks in which is almost impossible as you are left with odd penny and ended up spending a further £20 trying to get to zero. Cost me £50 in total with zero chance of winning. The games are also so weighted in the house favour with less than 30% of wager ending up in the prize pot, so again the odds are so stacked against you of ever making a profit with tiny jackpots in some cases less than my total stake. I have never thought gambling was a way to make make money, but the thrill of the chance should always be there. I couldn't wait for my £90 of bonus money to get to zero as it was worth less than nothing, as I had to invest time to watch my money get flushed away. I am going to issue a court summons to test if this is even legal and publish the whole sorry event on You Tube. Do not join "Costa a Load Bingo" just throw your money straight out of the window it will save so much time and agitation.

Without a doubt, the worst bingo site I've ever played on. If I could give this site minus zero stars, I would.Trying to withdraw funds is like trying to get blood out of a stone. The customer service is so poor that once I got my winnings after being constantly lied to by several CSA's I closed my account immediately. Avoid at all costs!!

This is the worst site I have ever used I have been waiting to be paid since December 31st 2023 & all now when I call them all they can tell me is I’m sorry you’ve been waiting so long but we don’t know why security is taking so long to verify this It’s beyond a joke now they are quick to take your money but when you win & make a withdrawal they block your account and Don’t pay…To top it off you sit in a queue for 40 minutes minimum and get nowhere on calls It’s not a little amount of money they owe me either😡The gambling commission needs to get involved with this company.

Poor selection of games, games bonuses are only available once you’ve lost all your real money which to me is backwards. Slow website which regularly crashes & logs you out… even half way through a spin & hard to find the withdraw button (in fact I’m sure it wasn’t there to begin with, I went back a week later to find it)

Joined only 3 weeks ago. Didn't initially get my bonus but quickly rectified when contacted. Then had £90 bo us and £30 real money. A lot of money! For bingo!! Played few games at a time a few days apart, as per "gambling charity awareness". Didn't log in for 5 days and £90 bonus taken away!! Contacted and apparently recently changed terms and conditions if not signed in for 5 days bonuses removed. Hardly an incentive for the folk having addiction issues!! Every member Contacted, however, I have received one and only "welcome email" on Feb 1st and nowt else. So no email, not aware of conditions but penalised anyway. BE AWARE of this site. I would give minus figures if I could, they owe me 50 pounds and are saying my driver's licence is not clear enough and I cannot use NHS letters or bank statement which came from on line. This has been a fight for over a week and they are bad payers over 50 pound. These checks should be done before they take money if they need them done to pay out. Been playing for a while and got pay outs then won £2000 on Christmas day was then asked for variation and personal information which I gave every time I gave them what they asked for they wanted more so I gave it to then having my account blocked. After several calls to rude customer service was told If I just uploaded bank statements which i did then they wanted to know where certain payments that were going in to my bank account 1 was a regular payment which was my child maintenance off my daughters dad and one was a one off payment off my dad which they said they wanted more personal details. I then emailed saying if it's not sorted I will contact to gambling commission to see if they could help. With in 2 days they paid it in to my account. Dont know if this helped or they just thought I'd just give up and they would keep my winnings. Avoid! I got up to £300 and I couldn’t withdraw

I’ve been a member over 10 yrs and have enjoyed playing on this and it’s sister sites. Recently was told they needed verification and I have sent and resent everything they asked for. All replies from them say the same thing about what is required. Have told them I have sent everything many times and it is now over a month later. They still have not reactivated my account. Don’t know what they think I am as I am the same person who joined all those years ago but just have more time on my hands to play. I can see others have had the same experience so what is happening? so, by way of update:After 3 months of going backwards and forwards i was basically told they couldn't verify where my funds were coming from even though I'd given them every bit of information I had, apart from a P60 and a tax return they wanted which, is a total joke given that I am a pensioner, THE CLUE IS IN THE TITLE i.e I no longer work or earn an income so how could I give them something I did not have? To conclude, They basically did not want a responsible player who was withdrawing regularly and playing with winnings.
