I see a few bad reviews, and I do not intend on invalidating them because I can understand exactly what everyone is talking about, but I’ve honestly had great experiences. Getting your account locked can be inconvenient, however, people should appreciate the strict security Ignition casino offers. Once you get through the security barriers, you should have no problems. Online chat is available 24/7. I recently won $31,000 on the slots playing mythic wolf with only $50. Changed my entire livelihood. I have also lost a lot money in the past but that’s what gambling is about. Just play responsibly, have fun, & have self control. Security barriers are there for your protection! I play the live dealer blackjack and this casino is the biggest fraudulent company ever. I have never seen dealers get 20/21 on16 then I’ve ever seen here. The worst online casino I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Their customer service and employees in general are incompetent. They will lock your account if you Try to withdraw. They will message you pretending to be working on your issue but it will never get resolved. They can improve by shutting down permanently. All the bad reviews on here are true, but I had to find out for myself. This plays so bad, it's unbelievable - amazing how often the bad beats come - many times if you get the nuts the other player will end up tying so you get a split for no profit. I've been beaten on the last 4 full house's that I had! These criminals should go to jail, but of course they won't. Will just sit back and keep raking in the money they steal.

Note: they have since recredited the money to my account.I was playing at a table when the window crashed...I had $70 behind and it was never re-credited to my account. Tech support refused to refund my money, despite the official hand history clearly showing that I finished the hand with $70.These guys are thieves as far as I'm concerned.Below they say "Funds wagered in games cannot be refunded." As I made clear, I didn't wager any funds...the table crashed and the funds I had in my stack, which had NOT been wagered, were never returned.

Ignition is not regulated, clearly. I mean there are more times than not I can count losing having pocket AA's than not. I win 10X more at in person tournaments than I do on this platform. I have switched to other online poker due to the barriers I faced using ignition. I lost money due to their system shutting down and not getting a refund. If you do use ignition for online poker - make sure to have a recording feature or your phone nearby and record odd poker behavior as many are doing, as evidence for scams. I recommend to not use until their are a set of regulations and laws built into it. DO NOT USE!

This casino ruin my life. No hope to get withdrawal even in a small amount of winnings. I played live BJ and got my bankroll up to 850$. I used BTC which is easy method to withdraw. What happened here is true that they allowed me to deposit as quick as possible in a couple minutes. When I did my first withdrawal, they didn’t allow me. The message popped up said waiting until my deposit fully refreshed. I waited couple more hours before I tried it again and the same issue happened. I ended up give all money to them back playing bj. Shady scammer will not let you withdraw you winnings. The fact that they monitor your bankroll, how much you are up and how much you lose.
