I have messaged numerous times over 2 days been on live chat 4 or 5 time only to be told I have a duplicate account and that my account is closed withdrawal has been rejected 3 or 4 times. Every time you message live they show the same information or rule and policies but not other help cause they say account is closed. I have only just signed up and I managed to have a duplicate account and no help on how to withdraw my winnings.
