Paddy powers and I go back a long way and will always be loyal to paddy’s powers and forget anything from the past as it’s all about choices and also paddy slots are amazing and I actually love that game vault cracker it’s so cool and fun it’s the first game I ever played on a casino before and everything else about paddy’s is exceptionally good and I guess you have to be in with the chance as usual and that comes with the fairness but staff are great also and loving the Irish vibe of the casino also when it comes to the horses

The slots on this website are awful it does not matter how much stake you put on from 20 pence to £5 you do not get anything back. The goonies is definitely broke it does not give any bonuses out or any money. Not £1 back after spending £50 on that game on a daily basis! It’s very unfair it needs looking into, I don’t care what you say the games on paddy power are all rigged! The website should be closed down especially the slot game side. What a horrible experience. Will not depositing again on here!

I had a query with regards to a bet I thought I had won with Paddy Power which hadn't paid out. Using the live chat option the agent talked me through the somewhat complicated criteria until I understood my mistake & therefore now have a better understanding of the markets I am betting on. I use several betting apps but always view Paddy Power as my 'go to' & this customer service experience explains why!

Absolutely rigged games and casinos all live make out there honest there not completely rigged games and goverment needs to step in shut these sites down.

have had problems on my pc having no green toggle to take advantage of paddys free bets a very nice young lady called sonja sorted it out for this old 86 yr old coffin dodger who like a little bet now it up to paul townsend at cheltenham tomorrow

Been using Paddy Power for over 20 years.So straightforward to use compared to other sites.

I wagered a moneyback bet incorrectly and because of that I didn't receive my free bet.I spoke to customer services at Paddypower (who were very helpful) and they told me that I didn't follow the correct procedure. Having said that, they did ask me to be more careful how I place my future bets, but also, they gave me my free bet as a goodwill gesture.That to me is what makes Paddypower the best in the business.

Signed up to a new Paddy power account & deposited £10 with the promise of 4 x free £10 bets - received the first one having deposited ( & lost) my £10 then received an email overnight saying my account was suspended & i had to verify even though the account was already set up & i had to supply verification. Sent a pic of my driving licence & thought that would be sufficient but then received another email to say i needed to provide a utility bill & a picture of my bankcard!! Absolute joke of a betting site & if they have to be that stringent just to avoid crediting a few free bets then I'm glad that I'm not continuing with an account with them ... like most bookmakers, quick to take your cash but not so quick when it comes to settling up or customer satisfaction

I had a small e/w bet on a horse running today last night 9/3/24 at that time it was 10/1 and if you take a bet the night before with pp whatever it changes to the next day you only get the price you took anti post. That’s all very well that’s the rules I except this but what gets me is the price went out to 28/1 the next day 10/3/24 I tried then to put on £10 each way and on pp web site a message told me that I was only allowed £4.31 e/w which I think is absolutely ludicrous what sort of a bookmaker are they if at all at the moment all bookies are greedy and just want to take as much of your money providing their is no risk to themselves of having to pay out any big money for a reasonably small bet I do enjoy a gamble but have no problem and never ever bet out of my means or even close to it my bets would be quite small ie 50p lucky 15 but the bookies are getting everything their own way and hate paying out and if they see someone winning often the bar them from gambling with them sky bet is renowned for this I have heard from several people to this effect but getting back to paddy power they are definitely an excuse for a bookie and I do hope that trust pilot let them know my feelings towards them. I will probably end up getting barred from betting with them but if they cannot accept the truth and do something to improve their business then so be it I feel others should know the truth about them. And as I have mentioned in previous reviews if there was a way to give them minus 5stars believe me I would.

I’ve loved loved using PP for over 25years now! The site is the easiest by far to negotiate around with it’s easy to use simple outlay! I have to say my only complaint over the past few years is missing the phone chats with my fellow Irishman! I dislike chat messages and virtual agents immensely think perhaps many of us do actually?! That said I couldn’t be without my PP .. I’ve loved you for my Saturday racing through my entire adult life. Well done for keeping this Irish ☘️ here and loyal living in London! 😎☘️❤️
