I want to start off by stating I am apart of many social casinos and have had such awesome experiences with many and this is the first time I have had such a horrible and treated so unfair and by far the worst. Next day I decide I need to update my email address couldn’t find away so read the terms and conditions and it stated I had to reach out but I needed to log in it showed 2 of my emails and o reached out and asked for guidance to have it updated as it states for guidance contact them . I notified support that I wanted update my email address and correct my account I wana to make sure I didn’t accidentally create another account when trying to update my email in the past and other several times I had tried. And I want to make sure everything is forest so I can start making some purchases as I don’t want to deposit with out being verified and have my account perfect with no discrepancies I had already verified my bank info and upload my id never done the steps at this was my first time with this site . While waiting played some more got a email 5 hours later stating they can not update my email but they can delete my account ( um no I want to keep my account I have winning in here ? Your treating me like the people who loose thousands and are upset they lost and try to reverse a payment except this the opposite I won and I’m being treated like I stole from you when in fact your stealing from me . To think this would have definitely attracted more revenue to your sight winning off your daily is possible ladies and gentlemen. You can’t say I didn’t follow your TC because I did when I needed help and wanted assurance and guidance on your site and you chose no treat me like a criminal all because I asked for assistance to fix a common accident I’m sure . There are alot of dishonest people who find ways to scam systems and you choose to treat a honest customer whom has a very good reputation like this . Twice I’ve had discrepancies with the payouts of their blackjack table. I have been told multiple times that they are looking into it. I have also made them aware that I am unable to view my gaming history in their app it will not load therefore I can’t even look to see how I possibly may be wrong. At this point I don’t trust the game history because it’s been close to a week since I’ve brought this to their attention and it is not fixed. They do just enough customer support to make you feel like issues are getting taken care of when in actuality nothings being done, they just keep responding with the same types of messages just worded in a different way. The second time I actually witnessed with my own two eyes, their blackjack table incorrectly, paying or incorrectly deducting amounts from my balance. But there’s no way for me to view gaming history and I’ve asked, and they just expect me to be ok and accept whatever they say
