I try to be constructive , but this time it's tough. First I waited till 2 days after the date promised. And then called Tennis Express. You did the job by calling UPS. They said there was an error in the address. At the end I can tell there was NO error. To continue, ( one week and more later ) I received an email from Tennis Express to pick the pack up at UPS storage. Which I did. Went there , just to tell me it was on the truck since that morning..grrrr. I came back to my community and start to go around the place to finally find the truck. I asked the guy for my pack, he went around the back and told me: No I don't have it. grrr. I asked to check again and finally found it. grrr. I by online mostly to save time... obviously I miss the target this time. End of the nightmare. Sorry to have to say that

This company is very slick. Big banner all over site free shipping free returns over $50. Very fair. However when you go to return they then state you pay for shipping return because they deduct the cost of the shipping return from your original order that was over $50 before tax. They clearly state costs to get to the free shipping is $50 is pre tax, but never anywhere do they state cost minus tax and minus cost to ship back the return. Totally bogus.I always buy my sneakers on line and every company I have bought from has free return shipping, certainly not minus a shipping cost to qualify for the minimum return cost of an item.

I forgot to apply a discount the site offered me when I placed my order. I quickly called customer service and they took care of it for me. I like the free return feature as well.

Ease of ordering was great. Not cumbersome. Products came very fast. The quality of the items I ordered was outstanding. Very well made, top design and fit. I would say the sizes are true to fit.Pricing was very good. So glad Fila has a pickleball line now.I look forward to ordering more in the future.

I bought 2 dresses. One of the dresses was categorized as final sale which is no retun/exchange allowed. This dress turned out too big on me. I always wear size small with this brand so i thiught something is wrong with the sizing. I called the customer service to return it due to the manufacture side of fault. I was told i can't since it is a final sale. I have been a customer since 2007 and it was not a very good treatment for a long term customer.

I ordered two boxes Dunlop extra duty tennis ball cases. One box of regular extra duty tennis balls and one box of high altitude use tennis balls. I bought both boxes during November black Friday sales. I received the regular tennis balls in a timely manner. Unfortunately, the delivery of the high-altitude balls took 3 months to deliver. I sent several emails for status and was constantly given assurances that the order was almost ready for delivery. The website did not give any indication of the product being out of stock or having fulfilment or delivery problems. I will be leery to reorder this product again because order fulfilment may be a problem again.

Items came in on time and in original packaging. They were exactly as ordered. I didn’t need to return anything this time as everything fit, but when I have done so in the past, it was easy!

I ordered 81/2 and received size 5 and no instructions for a return

The shoes I received are fake! I also ordered burgundy shoes and was sent black shoes. Beware!!! These were shipped to a PO Box in the USA for me to pickup from Canada. SCAM SCAM SCAM!

The first time I ordered in December I order of the clearance and got the shoes in: i got a black shoe and a white shoe, one was a 9 1/2 and the other was a 10 1/2. Sent those back and I still have not received my shoes that i ordered Jan. 6 and it is now Feb. 15. I have ordered from this company several times and have never been so unhappy.

Had to return pickleball shoes. Shoes marked with correct size, However right shoe smaller than left shoe. Left shoe fit correctly.Still waiting on new shoes to replace wrong size shoes.No notification sent indicating TE received returned shoes. Having to call today to find out.

Best shoes ever!!

Most comfortable and well fitting shoe for my feet!! Your sale price was so good, I bought two pairs! The wide toe box, the way it fits my heel, I love the hybrid upper cuz it allows flexibility to lace the shoe loosely over my toes, tighter over my instep and loose at the ankle. On the court, I feel stable and we'll supported. The thicker sole is the BEST one for lessening sore feet issues. No more Asics for me. I'm a New Balance girl now!!!
